I had a strong desire for pancakes last weekend. A desire for a pancake not from a cardboard box. I wanted a simple recipe that I could tweak to my liking.

I found the following recipe. I added a little more milk, a touch of vanilla and some fruit. Saturday morning cartoons were that much better.
